Mishail is an experienced in-house legal leader in the life science sector. She is currently Head of Legal for a private-equity-backed international group, where she manages legal, governance and risk matters across regulated services, commercial contracting and transactions. 

Mishail has extensive experience advising boards and senior management on governance, compliance and risk, and has led a number of complex organisational and regulatory change projects. She has particular expertise in assurance services, professional standards, and operating effectively within regulated environments. Mishail is a qualified solicitor and has prior experience supporting board and committee decision-making in both corporate and charitable contexts.
