Chair, Clinical Services committee, June 2026 - 2028

Dr Coral Hollywood trained in Wessex and is now a Consultant Hepatologist at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital, Gloucester. Over the past 15 years as a consultant in district general hospitals, she has developed a liver service from scratch, introduced new clinical services, and expanded the reach with novel pathways and clinics.

Her main specialist interest is general hepatology in a DGH setting and she specialises in upper GI endoscopy. Dr Hollywood has most recently been the Vice President of Hepatology for the BSG and been involved in the liver committee for 12 years, sitting on national and international panels for liver services.  She is actively involved in clinical research and is currently local PI in several clinical trials. She is the regional lead for research in the mid southwest and a strong advocate for the Associate PI scheme.
