Pre-Assessment in Endoscopy Nursing

The pre-assessment process plays a crucial role in gathering accurate information about patients ahead of their endoscopy. For the majority of patients, this assessment will take place before their scheduled appointment, either through a questionnaire, a pre-procedure phone call, or during an outpatient visit.
