OPTIMISE-IBD Pilot Site Recruitment
The UK IBD community has developed a number of Key Performance Indictors (KPIs) over recent years with the aim of allowing hospital services to measure, benchmark and improve key aspects of their service provision to IBD patients.
The BSG is now organising and funding a pilot study across the UK for 10-12 sites to test collecting audit information in relation to these KPIs and instigating
improvements where required.
We are now seeking expressions of interest from IBD teams who wish to participate in this pilot project. We are looking for a range of sites from all four UK nations, including sites of differing size, teaching and non-teaching hospitals, diverse geography and using a range of clinical recording systems.
The Application deadline is Sunday 5th October.
