NIHR research partnerships – liver disease

Updated on: 13 Jul 2022   First published on 13 Jul 2022

The NIHR has put out a national call to establish liver research networks, focusing on developing research potential in areas not active in liver research, but with significant disease burden. It would like to see networks and partnerships forming between active centres and those interested in becoming more research active.

The aim is to create networks that can answer important clinical questions about the best way to manage liver disease in the UK, so the only qualification is to be involved in the care of people with liver disease. The BSG is not setting up networks but is acting to link researchers and potential researchers. If you are interested in becoming involved, please fill out the form below and we will create a master list of those interested.

The deadline for full application is Wednesday 14th September 2022.
