Introduction

We really have no alternatives to paying attention to our Wellbeing and developing skills to enhance it. Mindfulness has been shown to improve our Wellbeing and there are other aspects of our behaviours that we can work on to improve our Wellbeing. Stress is inevitable, and we need a reappraisal strategy.

Useful Resources

  1. There are some useful available free apps that offer meditation exercises.
