Introduction to IQILS Accreditation
The IQILS accreditation programme will be hosting a virtual event for liver services in the UK to learn about the benefits of accreditation on Tuesday 16th November 2021 from 09:30 to 10:30.
Accreditation promotes quality improvement through highlighting areas of best practice and areas for change, and encouraging the continued development of clinical services. The programme was launched in July 2017 by the Royal College of Physicians’ accreditation unit, and currently has 60 services registered across the country.
During this session, delegates will learn about:
- What accreditation is and how it can add value to your service
- The process and logistics involved in accreditation
- The benefits of registering
The session will be led by the Dr James Ferguson, IQILS clinical lead, and Dr Andrew Yeoman, the QA lead of the IQILS programme. The session will take place via Microsoft Office teams. Once you have registered, an invite will be sent to you with the dial-in details. If you have any questions about the session, please contact the IQILS team at email@example.com.
