The organisers (Dr Gavin Wright & Ms Sarah Fairclough) welcome you to join them at their London Falk Forum on Liver disease, which will be of interest to all healthcare providers and students alike. They aim to provide a broad programme tackling complex liver conditions, as despite easier access to best clinical guidance, patient care remains inconsistent. In part, this reflects variances in local resourcing, alongside services which have been unable to adapt to the growing burden of liver disease. This Forum will provide an update about novel therapies and practices, brought together by an expert faculty of eminent clinicians and scientists who will cover a breadth of challenging liver topics, including autoimmunity, liver failure, Hepatitis B and metabolic diseases. They will also discuss the integrated and multidisciplinary approaches employed to deliver better and more individualized care.
The programme will appeal to clinicians, SpRs, dieticians and nurse specialists with an interest in gastroenterology and hepatology. The event is lucky to have the support of some of the UK's best known specialists, who have given up their time to provide an update in their chosen field.
