St Mark’s Frontiers in Intestinal and Colorectal Disease: Difficult Decisions in GI Disease
- Online Event, ,
- 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
We have been informed that, in light of recent events, this event has been cancelled. Please direct queries regarding refunds or subsequent ‘Newcastle Clinical Nutrition’ courses to the organisers listed below.
This course aims to provide a broad grounding in clinical nutrition and allow medical and surgical trainees to develop an increased awareness of the appropriate assessment and management of patients with malnutrition. The course will be made up of a small group (maximum 30) enabling delegates to benefit from small group workshops and case discussions.
Whilst primarily targeted at trainees, we expect that the programme will carry broader appeal to a wider range of healthcare professionals. We would encourage those interested to attend. The course meets the curriculum requirements for gastroenterology trainees required to attend a clinical nutrition course as part of training.
The course previously has been officially endorsed by BAPEN, through their education and training committee and the BSG through the Education Committee.
The course programme can be downloaded here.
To register your interest, please contact the course administrator Claire Dixon.
This course taking place in March 2020 has officially been endorsed by the BSG Education Committee.
