What happens to my ticket?

Your ticket will be automatically transferred to the new date.

Can I get a refund on my ticket?

Tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date. If you prefer to get a refund and rebook later, please contact our conference partners on [email protected] who will action this for you at no cost.

What happens to my submitted abstract?

Successful abstracts will form part of our planned BSG virtual event over the winter period. More information will be provided as soon as possible.

Will you be opening abstracts for the May conference?

We will be opening abstracts for the May conference. Details will be shared in due course.

What happens to my sponsorship?

Sponsorships will be automatically transferred to the new date.  We will be in contact separately with all our sponsors.
