Section Committee Member Job description & Specification
Our section committees are elected by the membership of that section to represent them. They drive the work of the sections and put on educational events across the year. They also develop part of the programme at the Annual Conference each year, identifying topics of value and inviting speakers.
There are 15 Section Committees.
Election Process
The BSG runs elections for Sections usually once a year, in the Spring. Those standing for a committee position must be a member of the section. You can check and update your section membership on your profile.
