Wellcome Trust Clinical PhD Programme in Liverpool

The Wellcome Trust has funded the University of Liverpool and the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine (LSTM) for three Clinical PhD Programmes annually for the next five years, starting in 2008. The topic is 'Health priorities in the developing world' and there are opportunities for gastroenterologists.

Applicants will be medically qualified (with five years medical training post qualification) and will fulfil the Wellcome Trust eligibility requirements for Fellowship support (please view the Wellcome Trust website).
