The purpose of the group is to provide a support and communication network for practitioners working in endoscopy.

The aim is to create a forum for discussion of the specific issues related to Nurse Endoscopists throughout the UK and Northern Ireland.

We aim to support those new to and established in practice so no one feels isolated in their practice areas. The ethos of the group is to enable practitioners to develop their roles by means of education and information.
We hope to provide an annual Network Meeting with a focus on education which will be sponsored in part through the generosity of endoscopy related industry.

We also aim to hold an up to date database of all Nurse Endoscopists in the UK and Northern Ireland, their area of speciality and their contact details. This will facilitate efficient communication and invitation to future meetings of the Network Group. (Confidentiality will be guaranteed and no details released without permission)

This group is run by Nurse Endoscopists for Nurse Endoscopists in the hope that we will be a leading force in the future of endoscopy services.
