ASNEMGE RISING STARS 2010: CALL FOR APPLICATIONS

The ASNEMGE Rising Star initiative aims to give young researchers a platform on the international stage. Those selected this year will give a talk or present a poster at UEGW in Barcelona 2010 and will be highlighted in the CORE programme.

Applicants must be 40 years or under and be able to show at least one publication in a major journal or three in other peer-review journals. Applicants may be at any level apart from a full professor.

A committee of the President, President-elect and the chairs of the Education Committee and Academic Development Group will consider applications and put forward three names to ASNEMGE.

Together with the application form applicants should submit a one-page CV, a list of full papers and a short (300 word) outline of the talk they would give at UEGW if selected as a 'Rising Star' of European Gastroenterology.

Successful candidates will be informed by email by January 2010.
