The UEGF Education Programme Committee initiates the first postgraduate course in 2009 and invites 200 young gastroenterologists, radiologists, surgeons and physicians in the last year of internal medicine/ paediatrics training to participate in a two-day course on “Management of Biliary Diseases”.

The UEGF Professional Trainee Course takes place at the AMC-EPGS Amsterdam from Friday to Saturday, September 18-19, 2009 and offers new insights into some of the most important issues facing gastroenterologists today. It is designed to assist junior faculty and trainees in gastroenterology and hepatology in developing their skills in order to succeed in a highly competitive academic environment.
