We are pleased to invite you to register for a comprehensive course in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) to be held at the UCH Education Centre (www.ucheducationcentre.org) from 2nd to 4th December 2013. The aim of the course is to provide a strong foundation of knowledge in IBD, from which future gastroenterologists and allied health care professionals can use as a springboard to becoming specialists within this field.

Course objectives:

• Comprehensive clinical coverage of the pathways involved in the diagnosis, investigation and management of patients with IBD.
• Addressing all the major areas within the Royal College of Physicians training board (JRCPTB) curriculum in IBD with learning outcomes that can be uploaded to the JRCPTB e-portfolio.
• Allow candidates to gain experience in IBD service development via workshops which can be expanded into practical projects that delegates can develop during their own training.
